Over all this is a great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this the day after Easter as our old one stopped cooling over the weekend. It was up to temp before we went to bed. It is exactly like the photos listed on Lowe.com, the only issue I am trying to get used to is the ice/water dispenser as the ice is in the back and water directly in front so you can easily hit the water when trying to get ice. Other than that we are very pleased with our purchase. Easy to hook up.

Love the size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of this refrigerator because I was upgrading from a very small 18 ft.³ one. It was also a whirl pool and I have been very happy with it and do that whirlpool was a good brand and I wanted to stick with it. I’m very happy I did. Only con is the unfinished look of the bottom. I wasn’t expecting that but my husband says it’s probably needed for airflow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems with freezer door closing properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased last week and when refrigerator was delivered all the plastic and tape was left on the unit..After delivery team left I noticed the doors did not align and freezer door did not close properly.. I contacted Whirlpool and the next day a Loew's delivery team came by and attempted to align doors. Delivery guy told me this refrigerator was designed to have the doors misaligned. I contacted Whirlpool again and they had a service technician come by today and he was successful in aligning the doors but the freezer door still does not close correctly. Technician informed me that Whirlpool would not replace the sealing gasket on the freezer door which I believe is the problem. Extremely disappointed with the refrigerator and service, at this point, and I plan to return the unit to Loew's and replace with another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
