[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave you a four star because the ice switch is under or behind the ice bend. It is difficult to reach the on/off switch without taking the drawer out completely. The ice got stuck and the only way to get it unstuck was to defrost then I was able to pull the drawer out.

bsd design for ice and water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser is in front of the ice dispenser, you have to be very careful getting ice and water or it makes a mess on floor in front of frig, it is a bad design

Ice Maker is Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a light at the bottom of the fridge part that takes up so much room. The ice maker is terrible. I can go a few days without using it and then use it twice and there is no ice left. The ice maker is terrible on this model.

Problem fridge

Ice/water dispense & loud humming trouble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator's design concerning the water and ice dispenser falls short. Whether dispensing crushed or cubed ice, it inevitably scatters everywhere. The water dispenser is overly sensitive, often activating inadvertently while getting ice, resulting in both ice and water to clean up from the floor. Additionally, the fridge emits a loud humming noise, far louder than expected, persisting throughout the day and night. Unfortunately, Whirlpool was not my choice, it came with the home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I have with this refrigerator specifically is the water dispenser, getting water is easy but if you quickly get ice, sometimes you hit the water dispenser in the process. It's always spilling on the floor. Other than that it's really nice
