[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works great, but they placed the water dispenser Right above the ice dispenser. you have to have good practice to avoid making a mess. it would have been so nice to put it somewhere else no matter what.

Ice maker is poorly designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was selected by the builder of our spec house. We find the side-by-side challenging to use; it is more difficult to organize food than our previous refrigerators, and it is especially challenging to store large items in both sides. More importantly, the ice maker is not large enough to accommodate any but the smallest glasses. Trying to get ice in a Yeti or smoothie container, or even a large glass, results in a mess - getting the container in far enough to press the ice lever requires tipping the container such that it presses against the water dispenser, resulting in water running down the front of the refrigerator. We have to use a small cup any time we want to get ice. We have noticed the dispenser opening on most other refrigerators is much larger. The ice maker itself frequently gets jammed up and we have to unclog it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water drips down front of refrigerator. Looks terrible. Water spout is too far forward. Glasses don't even fit in dispenser area and if your not careful when getting ice you'll hit water dispenser and make more of a mess. Terrible design.

nice enough but no deli/meat door!

can't believe we did not notice there was no deli door. trying to find one. if we do, I will be happy with this fridge. I do like the water/ice dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator just 2 weeks ago and it's working fine so far. I wish it had another drawer like the model I replaced it with. The door swings fully open when it is only opened partially.
