Very similar to our old unit which it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] new unit does not have the same amount of storage drawers in the fridge side as our old unit did, wish I had taken some out of our old unit. Also had a scratch on the front middle of the fridge door, and the new water line kit that I bought, was not long enough to reach, so
I had to put the old one back on. Overall wish I had sunk the money into repairing the old unit!!! Not very happy!!

Broken after 2 weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was add on for my new home, broken after 2 weeks, takes 2 weeks to come look at it, then might taken 4 to 6 weeks for parts and repairs, y not just replace with new unit

Stainless steel doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors streak when cleaning also dripmark running down from ice/water dispenser will not come off also door handle came off. Set screw to attach handle was cross threaded then stripped and cannot penetrate far enough to secure handle. Ordered new handle months ago and still waiting. This refrigerator is destined for the garage after we buy a different brand. We couldn’t be more unhappy with a product.

Sufficient capacity and adequate performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only negative characteristic (so far) that we've seen on this particular unit is the refrigerator door. It does not align with the freezer door. The door is off a noticeable 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch. However, this does not affect the door's functionality. When closed, there is a tight seal which is excellent.

Basic refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model came with my new house. It has many flaws. The shelves are not adjustable, the vegetable drawer does not pull out all the way. The meat and vegetable drawers are
very flimsy. Finally, the water dispenser is located so that water will spill onto the floor if
you are not careful or if you are adding water to ice already in a glass. The dispenser light does not come on automatically so you either have to manually turn it on or have a well lit area. This is poor design!

Basic. Did it's job but can do better.

This fridge came with the house we purchased from the builder. Love the fact that it is stainless steel. It did well for the first year but started to breakdown from there. The crispers/drawers at the bottom both are broken and the shelves are difficult to take out and put in. The water spout seems to freeze at times but not all the time. It did it's job and i'm thankful for it but I would only recommend this as just a basic fridge if you are truly in need of something quick. Otherwise I would look to purchase something a bit more upgraded. Love whirlpool products as a whole.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

My refrigerator bought and invoiced in Jan 2023 and delivered in late February has never been a functioning refrigerator. Called for service and waited for 3+ weeks for appointment with "service professional" and was told we needed a new condenser. Now I am told by Whirlpool that I need to wait until MID JUNE for them to LOCATE the part to fix.
Does anyone really think that is acceptable????
This is fodder for the landfill, why is zero stars not an option?

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been a disappointment. Biggest complaint is ice/water dispenser. The way they are positioned makes it very difficult to use. We are constantly accidentally hitting the water lever while trying to just get ice. Also, the water dispenser is set too far out so that when you pull your glass away, the water drips down the front of the door.
Another problem is the options for positioning of the shelves (main shelves and door shelves). You can only space them very shallow or very tall - no in between.
Also, even though we have the temperature set to ideal, liquids are freezing in the refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
