Disgusted with your product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased and ice maker worked 2 days and didn’t dump ice. Water accumulated in ice bin and ran water inside the freezer. We are having to wait until 7/18/25 to get repairman out. This was really a disappointing thing for us to purchase a new Whirlpool item and problem this major right off the bat. Very disappointed and dissatisfied in your product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fits my cabinet space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a refrigerator my old one quit. It does not have as many features as my old one, only 2 crisper drawers not 3. It is the only one that was white and would fit my space. Runs fine makes good ice and keeps ice cream well.

Nice Fridge! Water & Ice levers an issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. Only complaint is the ice and water levers could be positioned differently. The ice lever feels loose and have to push it down more than I think you should have to. Quite frequently I have been filling my cup up with ice and the top lip of my cup will hit the water button and spray water everywhere. That design should be revised.

Is loud NORMAL??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an "emergency" purchase, not a carefully planned event. My refrigerator was 20 years old so this was not a total surprise. This Whirlpool replaces an Amana that was basically the same thing......size, features,etc. Getting it delivered and installed had a few issues but that is not "you".
My concern or issue is that the new refrigerator is loud. Not the ice maker......the motor when it is running. I have been told that this is because it is new and it will quiet after running for a few weeks. I think it is just a matter of I get used to it and ignore it!!!! I do not feel that it is defective but just the nature of the beast. On the other hand no-one can really tell me that with any authority...... We are all guessing or rationalizing why it makes noise.
What is your guess????
