Not crazy about the water spicket placement

Looks attractive but feels like it’s missing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this refrigerator as part of my new home kitchen. It works and keeps items cold. I like the water and ice feature on the door. However, inside it feels like it is missing some things like a deli drawer/ shelf (which there is space for). I’m a little disappointed because when you scan the QR code inside it describes a deli drawer and can caddy…but my fridge doesn’t have these items! Why would you put a QR code inside if it is not for that refrigerator?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This refrigerator/freezer is very noisy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is noisy when the compressor is running, and really noisy you get ice from the ice dispenser in the door! I'm not talking about some noise, it's loud, you need to fix this in the future! Also one more glass shelf would be nice, as there is a lot of wasted space, do to the shelf shortage. I would like to buy a additional shelf if you can help me find a place to purchase one. Thanks in advance..................T Spangler

Noises.

Bad purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Item brand new, the problem I have is it keeps dripping water from the dispenser, they have tried to fix it for almost a year, finally they said it is not going to be fixed, and Whirlpool exchange it, and I have same issue with the new one again... I would never ever go with it
