Water/Ice not user-friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the water/ice area on the outside of the door is not user-friendly. You have the water dispenser right in front of the ice dispenser…… so you accidentally dispense water when you put your large cup to the machine to get ice. Such a mess!!

ENDLESS WATER DRIPPING DOWN FRONT OF DOOR

WATER DRIPS DOWN FRONT AFTER EVERY USE. EXTERNAL SPIGOT EXTENDS TOO FAR FROM DOOR . HAD SERVICE OUT AND CLAIMED TWEAK BEST HE COULD BUT REALLY NO IMPROVEMENT. ICE ALSO COLLECTS IN SHUTE AND MELTS INTO TRAY. WE ARE GETTING CLOSE TO YEAR END WARRANTY, BUT ARE READY TO TAKE OUR LOSES AND BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND.
