[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a side by side in Octorber. We discovered it was missing a shelf on the refrigerator side and one on the freezer side. We were promised a visit 2 weeks and have heard nothing.

User Friendly and Very Affordable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator two weeks ago and really enjoy it. We can open one door instead of having to open two doors at one time. You had to make sure on our refrigerator to shut it just right. The left door had to fit into its slot before you could shut the right door. I also like the numerous shelves for placing foods in. I had a Maytag with a freezer at the bottom. I found that the freezer at the bottom wasted a lot of space! Really pleased with our purchase!

Worst and most expensive fridge I've had by far

This is the loudest refrigerator I or anyone I've known has ever had, and it's within its first year of service. An 8yr old Electrolux is quieter, a 1yr old GE runs quieter, and even a Samsung runs quieter - and they were all cheaper than this one. I do not recommend this model to anyone looking to purchase a new refrigerator.
In addition to the noise, the water dispenser spurts at the end of each dispenser, causing water stains down the face of the fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
