Awful lack of features

The cold ice box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Whirlpool side by side Refrigerator this year and can't stop talking about it. I just Love going to my box to grab a cold glass of ice water, the cold beverage hits the spot as the summer heat is forgotten while I quench my thirst.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I do not like that the ice maker shoots out pieces of ice like it's crushed and goes in the floor. I have to use a wide mouthed cup and shield it while getting ice. Then put it in another go cup or glass

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with this refrigerator because it has lots of usable space. My old refrigerator was .5 cu. ft. larger but storage was not as usable as this new one. Ice maker and water dispenser are convenient and quiet.
