Extremely Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to my 28 yr old Whirlpool frig, I am seriously disappointed. I had to purchase this online w/o seeing in person, but I wouldn’t have been able to hear how loud it is. Can’t hear TV anymore from my kitchen when it’s running. The doors swing way back unless you hold onto them. It’s really inconvenient. The shelves don’t reach the back so that things fall off unless you are careful and not utilize the wasted space. The temperature setting is too cold and won’t go any lower. There isn’t as much room inside the cold half and there isn’t a meat keeper drawer. I had to buy a plastic drawer for meat and cheese. I hate the huge cheap looking blocks of plastic covering wheels and recessed vent cover. All my appliances have been Whirlpool for over 35 yrs. This is NOT the quality I’ve had previously buying the same price point level equivalent as past. Can’t tell you how disappointed I am at how cheap this refrig is. Poor designing Whirlpool! Maybe you should hire some women to give you input on a design before producing an entire line. When I move this year I’m thinking about leaving this model behind and buy another brand.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased August 2024. Overall I’m pleased with it. However, the design of the water dispenser/ice dispenser leaves a lot to be desired! It’s very difficult to get ice without also hitting the water dispenser resulting in a mess!
