Save your sanity

By far the worst refrigerator I have ever owned. Even worse that what I was provided in apartments.
Every time I see this on sale at a store I cringe thinking people may buy it. Finally decided to write a review.
Does not cool evenly - things freeze one day and thaw the next.
Ice line freezes up.
Ice crushes when it should not and sends pieces all over the place.
Ice cubes drop out randomly, even overnight when not touched.
Ice cubes get clogged in dispenser.
Water dispenser is located in such a poor spot that you hit it often when trying to get ice.
Dispensing area is not tall or deep enough for most cups.

Horrible product, ice maker never works

Horrible spacing. Weird shelves that hold nothing. Ice maker never works. Constantly run out of ice for no reason. Ice maker continually leaks water. Very cheap. Do not buy!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and attractive refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shelving and interior visibility. Attractive exterior fingerprint resistance surface. Would buy the same one again. Shelving is efficient and flexible. Ice maker is improved and water tastes really good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this online, black Friday sale. I got and it has one less drawer than my previous model and the water dispenser is poorly designed. The lights are behind the dispenser so you cant see. The opening isn't large enough for my 1/2 gallon water jug and the ice dispenser is so deep I trigger the water when I push my water jug in for ice. I have to fill a bowl and then dump the ice in my jug. I also have to hold the jug at an angle so I don't hit either side of the plastic above the dispenser. I have a standard sized 1/2 gallon water jug. Mine is a Arctic. You should have a dimming feature on the interior lights. I should have gone to the store, and purchased a bigger one in person, but there was a winter storm.

Modern and Sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Whirlpool side by side replaced our 19 year old Whirlpool side by side. It looks more modern. Love the LED lighting inside. Works great. Only complaints, the water and ice dispensers are taking time to get used to. Sometimes when trying to get ice we accidently hit the water and what a mess. The other item is the refrigerator door swings all the way open and jolts hard before stopping. We are trying to get use to catching the door before it swings all the way open.
I would recommend this to a friend!
