We bought this refrigerator in July and the biggest complaint that I have is the location of the switch to turn off the ice maker if we're going out of town. The switch is located on the bottom of the ice maker and supposedly can be accessed by lifting and opening the ice maker door. There's no way my hand can reach under there to access the switch. Have to lift out the ice storage bin which is very heavy if filled with ice. Then access the switch on the bottom of the ice maker. Very poor location for the switch.
I would like to have the fourth shelf in the refrigerator also instead of just the three that come with the refrigerator.

Loud, sounds like a washing machine running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is loud, sounds like a washing machine running all the time. The doors do not drift close to seal they stay open or stop closing before it seals when shutting when you are closing it. The door when midway will slide open all the way and when shutting he door it stops midway or right before it seals. Quality is not as good as the previous Whirlpool refrigerator I had prior. If I had the opportunity, I would purchase a different one, this one is not a 5-star refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love my refrigerator. The large space on the inside is so awesome. The water and ice dispenser is easily accessible. You could put large items under the water and ice dispenser with no issues. I read some negative reviews, but it was not enough to deter me from buying this refrigerator. I did not experience the same issues that the people giving the reviews did. I would highly recommend this refrigerator. The cost was also competitive. Thanks Whirlpool, you out done yourself with this refrigerator.
