Whirlpool refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our refrigerator. But for some reason it makes a loud noise from the compressor. Don’t know if it’s supposed to do that or not? Overall, I love whirlpool I had a 20-year-old refrigerator before. Will not go with another brand.

Small inside but really cold!!

It works as a Fridge, but not great for water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model has all the standard stuff that you would expect to find in a refrigerator. The Ice dispenser is perfect. The Water dispenser is problematic. Its common to have these metal yeti cups that keep a drink cold for hours. They don't exactly fit in the allotted space to fill with ice. Tilting the cup works to fill it with ice. However when you do this, it hits the water button. This causes water to spray on the side of the cup that is being tilted to get ice. It causes a watery mess almost daily. I'd rather there be a button to select ice OR water and only have one button to press. Secondly, there is a light in the ice dispensing area. This is a common design and very useful when filling a cup. The problem with this refridge is that the light in the ice area does NOTHING for the water area. I found this out when I got out of bed to get a drink of water one night. I could tell if my cup was getting full. This is just poorly designed for someone who uses these water options often.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great refridgerator and freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had had this refrigerator/freezer for over a month and love it. I love the design and look of it. There is more room than I imagined and I can configure the shelves inside and on the doors to fit whatever I need to put in it. The ice maker and door dispencer works great. This Whirlpool refrigerator more than meets my expectaions.

Economical Stainless Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice on the outside of the freezer door. It came with one fewer shelf than there were spaces for a shelf (looks like the ‘fridge is missing a shelf). Ice maker is very noisy when it dumps ice into the bin. I do like the glass shelving and the ability to select crushed or cubed ice. The dispenser has a nice lighting function to help you dispense water or ice in low-light conditions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

DO Not Buy! WARNING

We Purchased this refrigerator and had it delivered on 9/2/2023. The Refrigerator stopped Cooling on 9/14/23. We called Whirlpool and they sent out a technician for the following week. Technician walked in and said the defrost sensor was bad, and this was an ongoing problem. He said he needed to order a part and we needed to thaw out the unit. He would be back once the part came in. 10/4 The part was installed. Now here we are with the same issue on 10/17. Whirlpool CSR said she would have a supervisor call me back in 5-10 minutes. No one called. I called back 2 hours later. Whirlpool cannot get anyone out until 10/24. Guess what, its the same issue so it will take 10 days for the part to come in. Whirlpool said as long as a part can be replaced, then they won't send another refrigerator. They also will not replace food that was lost, due to any issue. I purchased an extended warranty. They won't do anything until the manufacturer warranty is up. The Manufacture Warranty doesn't replace your lost food. They don't care if the product works or not. They told me as long as a part can be replaced, then they will replace it, they do not give you your money back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
