Missing Shelf Please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fridge over a month ago, but still I'm waiting for a missing shelf. I've called customer service multiple times, but I don't understand why a new fridge was sent with a missing shelf and is backordered. They encourage to buy extra warranty, but for what, missing shelves?

Would change a few things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have liked having one more small deli drawer. The ice maker is at a nice height. Not really liking the water location. When getting ice it's easy to hit the water and you get water all down the front of the frig and on the floor.

Error message when trying to register

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator replaced be cause problem in the rigth door. Whene trying to register the New unit, 781RXL2K6C , receive error message. Actual unit is working properly.
