[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago and as far as cooling and working properly it does but the water dispenser being right in front of the ice dispenser is a very bad design, I m constantly cleaning up water off of the floor and refrigerator.and the water coming out of the dispenser is warm. Ive been buying whirlpool appliances for a long time but I just stopped using my French door refrigerator because it kept freezing my food, I couldn’t keep salad, any kind of fresh food so I bought this one( my French door was only 3 years old )so I’m not real happy right now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago. It is slow to make ice and the shelving is smaller than usual. Also I e and water dispenser are much smaller than most units.

Hard to use ice dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the overall features however the ice and water dispenser are too close together.. When you try to get ice it often causes water to dispense. Very messy. Have to use a short container to get ice without water coming out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy the water dispenser randomly drips after I have had a glass of water, the handles dont line up and there needs to be another smaller drawer and it doesnt have a shelf that pulls out like my previous whirlpool refrigerator..
