Poor lighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cold blue LED light should be tungsten like they have been for 100 years. It blasts your eyes. It should be hidden. Not happy with this poor design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice maker is very slow making Ice. After two full day bottom of Ice bucket is barely even covered. Previous Ice maker would have been over flowing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is good but the most annoying features are the ice-maker and external dispenser. The external ice maker ALWAYS throws pieces of ice to the floor no matter how close you get the cup. At the same time, if you do not angle your cup just right, you will mistakenly hit the water dispenser. I think the design flaw was in trying to combine the two. Overall, it cools and freezes well and has more space than my last.

Falling freezer shelves

Keeps Cold items well, Freezer shelves not held well, keep falling out of slots, something's missing to hold them better. The Pins on the shelving in the freezer are too short.Good freezer for keeping frozen foods and plenty of room.

Awful fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is functionally adequate because it keeps food cold and has an ice maker that my husband likes to use. It is better than not having a fridge. However, it is lacking storage space. As a result of the ice maker, the freezer barely fits a few basic things. The fridge somehow has frustratingly deficient space. Only tall, skinny or stackable things fit inside. How much of what you want to chill is drinks or stackable? I previously had a smaller fridge/freezer in a condo, and I could fit way more inside. What went wrong here?! I would love the opportunity to exchange this side-by-side model for a top fridge/bottom freezer even if I had to spend more out of pocket.

Not for filling Stanley cups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a very spacious interior, especially on the freezer side. Don't like the ice and water dispenser setup the way they are stacked in front of each other. It's difficult to fill larger containers like Stanley cups efficiently.

Noisy Refigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit cools great. It is very noisy. Not the ice dropping but the fan and cooling unit. Would NOT buy again. Controls are good very simple. Makes ice fast. JUST too noisy. It can be heard across the room.
