[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love this refrigerator. I selected Whirlpool because I know it is one of the top brands. Also, they had the color I needed(bisque).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall excellent function and good design. An additional shelf in the freezer would be helpful to keep tings neat and organized. Providing an option to purchase extra shelf would be a good idea.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst ever fridge we bought. Broken in a month. The worse part is no one come to repair! Whirlpool partner repair company cannot visit for 2 weeks, then at the day they should come to fix, they send u message saying they cannot make it and ask you to reschedule. The reschedule takes 2 weeks again! We have a fridge making crazy noise every day, no ice to use, not working and no one to come to fix it. This is brand new! Very disappointed!

For troubleshooting your refrigerator's ice and water dispenser, follow these steps:
New Installation: Allow 24 hours for ice production to begin and three days for full ice production. Temperature Controls: If the refrigerator is too warm, adjust the controls to a colder setting to help with ice production. Wait at least 24 hours between adjustments. Water Line: Ensure the refrigerator is connected to a cold water supply and that the 1/4" soft copper or PEX water supply line is installed correctly and has no kinks, as a kink can reduce water flow. Water Filter: Replace the water filter every 6 months, when the indicator light comes on, or as needed. A clogged or improperly installed filter can slow ice production and water flow. Whirlpool recommends everydrop® water filters. Flushing the System: After installing a new filter or connecting to a water source, flush the water system to remove air and excess carbon. If you have a dispenser, dispense the amount of water recommended in the filter's instructions (often 1, 2, or 4 gallons). If you don't have a dispenser, fill and discard three full ice containers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cools fine. occasionally it will start making a VERY loud noise near the Ice Machine that sounds like a fan rubbing up against something while it's in ice making mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure why, but one door has a matte finish, and the other has a glossy finish. The glossy door has some dents. When the ice setting is on cubed, it still releases crushed pieces. The cup area does not accommodate a standard-size cup, so water and ice will shoot out, leaving streaks all over the front of the refrigerator. It's neither very appealing nor functional.

Below we have some troubleshooting for your ice dispenser:
Is "Cubed Ice" selected? Ensure "Cubed Ice" is selected on the dispenser controls.
Was "Crushed" Ice just being used? Cubes are crushed before being dispensed, so when changing from crushed to cubed, a few ounces of crushed ice will be dispensed along with the first cubes.
Was the ice bin recently removed? If the ice bin was recently removed the check to make sure it was properly installed. To check, remove the bin and reinstall making sure it is correctly seated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refridgerator seems pretty good but it seems like it is missing a shelf. I double checked what was included and I did receive everything but it feels like it is missing a shelf which leaves a big gap between two of the shelves.
