[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has been leaking on the floor and the issue wasn't discovered until after 48 hours after purchase, so I'm stuck with it based on the return policy. I scheduled a service person to look at it but they aren't able to look at it for a week. I've had to turn the water off and leave it off. I've been concerned about damage to my wood floors. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. I expect better from a new appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dependable product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always bought Whirlpool products in the past and they have always been dependable. I like the style of my refrigerator and the added features. Despite a slight problem I did have with water leakage, the refrigerator is working fine. When I need another major appliance, I am pretty sure it will be a Whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does cool but the exterior is cold as well . It is like the insulation is to thin . Even the handles are cold to the touch . I would purchase a better unit if you have the money !

Refrigerator is nice, water dispenser could be bet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased just over a week ago. So far, the refrigerator is nice. My only complaint is the placement of the water dispenser. When we are getting ice, the water tab often presses down also making quite a mess.

Mediocrity at an almost affordable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit to replace a 15 year old competitor’s side by side. Every new generation of this model is worse than the last. Ice maker is noisier. Refrigerator and freezer shelving lack’s flexibility. And the hide the hinges doors are a pain accessing item on the top of the unit. All these units should be redesigned with the condenser coils on the back instead of under the unit. You could get rid of the condenser fan if the coils were on the back
