[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took the refirigerator 3 days to cool down...not the 24 hours the instruction manual suggested. Also, the cubed ice dispenser easily gets glogged...and the ice dispenser opening is way too small for anything other than a small glass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good but though it is the same size as the Samsung we bought a yr and a half ago it doesn't hold near as much...True the Samsung electronics and coolant bit the dust and cost the same...Never, ever buy Samsung products. Lesson learned!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the side by side about 30 days ago. I do not like the water button in front of the other buttons. You end up pressing both buttons so there is always a mess to clean.
I miss the other drawer my old fridge had. So i bought a plastic container to hold the cheeses and deli meat.
Also items drop from the back of the shelfs. So i have to retrive it by taking out drawers or shelfs.
