[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus fridge has through the door ice and water. Am enjoying that. Roomy, lists of shelves on door in fridge for condiments etc. Good size freezer section with large bin at the bottom. Nicely set up

Nicely Styled But Very Noisy To OPerate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design and the led lighting. The shelving is simple and easy to remove and clean. This refrigerator is very noisy compared to the refrigerator that it replaced. The fan motor makes a lot of noise and sometimes sounds like it has bad bearings. The temperature are very precise, but the refrigerator seems to run an excessive amount of time..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t buy

It came with a new house we bought. The ice machine keeps dripping water on the outside of the door. Whirlpool wouldn’t do anything about it. They wanted us to count the ice cubes that comes out and make sure it ran a full cycle. Really?
Pulte, the builder, is as bad because they wanted us Whirlpool to take care of the problem. So, I am going to have to purchase another brand even though ours is not even one year old

Possible solutions for water dispensing and ice-making issues related to the water filter:
Check Filter Installation: If the water filter was recently replaced or installed, ensure it is locked in place and creating a proper seal. An improperly installed filter can reduce water flow or cause leaks. If water dispenses after temporarily removing the filter, reinstall it.
Replace Filter: It is recommended to replace the water filter every six months, when the indicator light comes on, or as needed. A clogged filter can lead to reduced water flow, low ice production, and slower water dispensing.
Flush the Water System: After replacing or installing a filter, flushing the system is necessary to remove excess air and carbon. Air in the system can cause dispenser dripping, small/hollow ice cubes, or cloudy water. Follow the filter's instructions for the required amount of water (typically 1-4 gallons). If there is no dispenser, fill and discard three full containers of ice.
Inspect for Damage: Remove the filter and check it for cracks, damage, or missing O-rings. If the filter is cracked or damaged, replace it with a new one.
