[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old fridge went out and I had ordered a Whirlpool fridge but it was delayed so my Customer rep gave me details on a few other Whirlpool fridges I might like. We went with this one and I am so happy with it. It is bigger in the freezer and fridge sections. The shelves on the side door is deeper allowing more room for condiments and beverages. I am also impressed with the crisper drawer which keeps my lettuce and fresh veggies crisper than my old fridge. We are all enjoying this refrigerator so much.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator except when I go to get ice in a glass the water starts running too! Very frustrating because you have to wipe front of refrigerator and mop the floor. This definitely needs to be addressed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago. I'm not crazy about a side by side but due to a limited budget it was the one that fit our price range. The water dispenser does not deliver very cold water. Guess we were spoiled by our French door model from 12 years ago. It's a shame that appliances do not last as long as they did 30 years ago.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago and have serious concerns and regrets. The icemaker is very slow vs my previous whirlpool model this is replacing. The bin is still not full after about two weeks. There is no meat drawer?!? The shelves are not adjustable and the compressor runs more and louder than my previous model. In summary, less features and worse performance at a higher price than my 15 year old model....sads times.
