WHERE DID ALL THE FEATURES GO? TOO SMALL INSIDE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an older model Whirlpool side by side that was exactly the same exterior dimensions--but it is at least 20% smaller on the inside, with fewer features like drawers, and fewer shelves. Really weird. The older one had a bigger icemaker, more shelves in the door of the freezer. I could go on and on, but whoever decided this was a better design needs to think again.

Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has only been a few weeks but I love the new refrigerator. It accommodates food in such a way that is appealing and I can see where everything is! It has been designed well. I saw some reviews online about it being noisy however I don't find it a problem.

Old Faithful Revisited

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator purchase replaces a near identical unit which we purchased before we moved to a new location, a thousand miles away, about 14 years ago. I mention that because moving is a real test of the durability of a major appliance. Frankly, the former refrigerator had not been treated gently, so when it finally developed problems, we had received our money's worth. We purchased a warranty to protect our new investment. The price clinched the purchase of this particular unit, we figured we know what to expect, including a couple of service calls. All things considered, if you are on a budget, but want all the basic features with no frills, this may be the model for you.

Subpar from the beginning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased by the developers with my home purchase. The fridge kept resetting circuit breakers on the home, kept powering off for no reason. Part had to be ordered, the appliance was down for approx a month with issues. I had to purchase another fridge in the meantime.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water & ice dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would have gotten a refrigerator where ice and water dispenses side by side. When you are putting ice in the cup the outside lip hits the water button and water runs all down the fridge onto the floor. It is extremely difficult to put ice in to go cups (Yeti, Stanley, etc.) for this reason. If you want crushed ice, forget it, you can’t get the glass/cup close enough, without using your finger to push the button , and it goes everywhere and makes a big mess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
