Beautiful inside and out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the compact design. The lights inside is wonderful and bright, we can easily see everywhere in the fridge. The only issue is we have a tester from our zero water filter that tests for TDS. The filtered water from the fridge still has the same amount of TDS as our tap water. That is dissappointing.

Dysfunctional Model Refrigerator

Four out of the four appliances in our kitchen are Whirlpool and I am highly satisfied the other three. I could not be more dissatisfied and angry with this refrigerator. One of the primary reasons a new refrigerator was purchased was because the current Frigidaire one did not have a deli drawer. The white color also did not match the other Whirlpool Stainless steel appliances.
However, a primary reason still remains I wanted a deli drawer that I was accustomed to having as well as a functional ice and water dispenser.
After installation was completed there was not a deli drawer. Although the exact one we looked at in Lowes had the deli drawer. Lowe’s instructed me to contact Whirlpool. Contacted Whirlpool and was sent a crisper drawer.
The water dispenser is poorly designed and awkward to fill a simple water bottle and a common size glass cannot be placed there comfortably. The ice dispenser is annoying as it is impossible to dispense ice without hitting water dispenser.
I wholeheartedly regret this purchase moreover, I wish I could take this back to Lowes and buy a more functional refrigerator. If budgeting dictated we could afford another new refrigerator I would do so in a heartbeat.
I have wholeheartedly and truthfully tried hard to behave maturely and see this as a material item that should not provoke a reaction out of me not and try to be contented. However, I end up hating it more.
In my 15years of marriage and three moves, this by far is the WORST refrigerator we have owned. Oh how I hate this thing, it so frustrating to deal with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
