Great Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is working great! Cooled down in less than 8 hours. I wish the well for water and ice was longer, I am getting used to getting ice and not setting the water off. I thought the front left lower cover was broken because I could see the water line running up the door, come to find out it’s not broken it’s designed that way.

Mediocrity at an almost affordable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit to replace a 15 year old competitor’s side by side. Every new generation of this model is worse than the last. Ice maker is noisier. Refrigerator and freezer shelving lack’s flexibility. And the hide the hinges doors are a pain accessing item on the top of the unit. All these units should be redesigned with the condenser coils on the back instead of under the unit. You could get rid of the condenser fan if the coils were on the back

Refrigerator is nice, water dispenser could be bet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased just over a week ago. So far, the refrigerator is nice. My only complaint is the placement of the water dispenser. When we are getting ice, the water tab often presses down also making quite a mess.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does cool but the exterior is cold as well . It is like the insulation is to thin . Even the handles are cold to the touch . I would purchase a better unit if you have the money !

Dependable product

I like the style of my refrigerator and the added features. Despite a slight problem I did have with water leakage, the refrigerator is working fine. When I need another major appliance, I am pretty sure it will be a Whirlpool.
