[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. The installers noticed the door did not close properly at the time and took photos. In the morning the door appeared to closed properly, but the door would swing completely open and would make a hard knock and rattle the refrigerator. The door cannnot be adjusted to open a designated depth. The ice maker went on the blink and froze up. The ice make had a small tube near the ice make attached with a plastic strap. The line had to be thawed out and the lever for dumping the ice continues to get stuck and will not dump the ice. The door handles are not even on top and the installer was unable to correct it. The only good thing is that the temperature is set to handle the food well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, the water tastes like plastic, I have told them I am missing one of the glass trays, and I am 72 and cannot hardly get through to a customer representative. When I do, they sens my call to someone else and I waited for 30 minutes, then just gave up! You need to do better, especially for your senior customers!

Not off to a great start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. It is louder than I expected, certainly louder than my previous frig. Also disappointed that I had to align the doors, presumably due to the weight of te food in refrerater door. I've already had the icemaker freeze up.
