[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couple of things. The door flops wide open. The ice water dispenser is horrible. Ice flies everywhere if you put a large containerto be filled and the water dispenser will come on willynilly when using ice.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I both this alongside my new home and I am happy that it comes with an ice maker. It’s a game changer and keeps my water cool all day. My only complaint is every time I open the fridge it opens quite quickly all the way and stops abruptly causing everything in the side compartments to shake.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sent in the registration snd nothing back from this company. Not happy. Will not buy anything from whirlpool and will not recommend. Of course you won’t post this negative comment

Less than top quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the freezer started to fail on my 17 year old Whirlpool Fold side by side, I decided to replace it with something similar. At its current age and given the fact that I had replaced the ice maker a year earlier, I decided that it was not worth repairing. We have always been pleased with our Whirlpool products and since we are price conscious, newly retired, and don’t care about internet connectivity and other frivolous features, we decided on this model. After owning it for several weeks now, I can confirm that the quality of this model is not up to the standards that we would expect from Whirlpool. The compressor is much louder than my 17 year old unit and the top edge of the freezer door sits about 3/16” above the refrigerator door. Very poor fit and finish.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Occasionally an ice cube gets stuck in the dispensary channel and melts onto the plate. If not detected it would spill over and run down the refrigerator door and onto the floor. Also, it’s a bit noisy when the compressor is running.
