[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks. It replaced another brand that was over 20 years old. So far this refrigerator seems to be working well and fits my needs. This model is louder than my last refrigerator, but not to the point where it bothers me. There also is no meat/cheese drawer, which I knew before buying. These are not complaints, but rather just something to be aware of if you are considering this model. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Worst water dispenser

Refrigerator came with my new house. The water dispenser is the worst designed piece of junk. No tray; drips water down the front of the freezer no matter how careful you are. Spoke to others in the community, they all say the same thing. Apparently, i'm only one of a few that did not get rid of it. Some have moved it to the garage. The one in my garage is even better than this one. The builders must get these cheap because they can't sell them.

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator came with my new construction home, me and my family absolutely loathe this refrigerator. The ice and water dispensers are right on top of each other, if you try to get just ice the water starts dispensing and gets everywhere. If you don’t wipe the water up it lives a puddle in the tray. So the next time you open the fridge water jumps out of the tray on to the floor. We’ve had it for 2 weeks and we are looking to purchase a new refrigerator. Whirlpool usually has great designs, this time y’all missed the mark!

Not the same quality as they used to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a Whirlpool side by side in 2000 and went back to another one once I moved. Will have say that I am greatly disappointed in the new model. Did not come with a drip tray, a fourth shelf for the fridge and freezer. Also the doors were out of alignment. They adjusted the fridge side door but its at its limit and shaving off the plastic near the hinge at the top. I expected more quality from Whirlpool.
