could use some redesign

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all I like it. Except the water/ice dispenser. You have to be very careful getting ice, if you bump the water dispenser you'll be wiping up water off the floor and the fridge. Guys, rethink that part.

Could Be Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Whirlpool refrigerator and this one just doesn't live up to the previous 2. The ice maker in back/water in front dispenser is designed in an absurd way. There are not enough shelves or drawers in both sections. It was purchased in a rush as we had moved in a new home and our previous 28.7cu.ft. died after 6 yrs. I wish we could've found that side replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago when my older side by side stopped working. The layout in the freezer area looks the same as my older one, but I swear this freezer is bigger. The lights inside both the fridge and the freezer are very bright. For us, that is a plus. The water and ice dispenser is easy to use and look great on the front of the unit. My only complaint would be the light on the dispenser is very dull. I've seen other models with much brighter lights on the dispenser. Not a big issue for us, but I thought I would point it out for those that like a bright light there. The ice maker is a little louder than my previous model and sometimes when the ice drops into the tray it scares my cat.
I would recommend this to a friend!
