[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for about 3 months and we love it. It's so much value for the money. We compared and compared, and this model delivers. Aldo, we live in a rural area so the filtered water on the door, and in the ice, made a lot of difference. Can't beat this unit for the money!

Great ice maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a refrigerator ice maker make ice so fast! I’ve previously owned many different brands, but my Whirlpool has outshined them all. Besides the functionality, I love how it looks in my kitchen!

The features are terrible and nonfunctional

1. there is no cover or grill for the hinges of the doors. Ugly to look at.
2. The door shelves are too wide and every bottle I put on them falls over when the door is open or closed.
3. One of the shelf appears to be missing. If not missing, to adjust the shelf to the extra notch makes one area too big and the other area too small.
4. The ice dispenser is directly behind the water dispenser. I hit the water every time I want ice and have to wipe up the spill. This is a poor design! Unacceptable!!!

Moves Too Much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator because we were desperate when our appliance order was on back order. The appliance moves all the time when you open either door, so you have to move it back. That is very annoying especially whrn you have kids.
Then the space is so small. Each side can use another shelf. For the price that i paid i wish it had more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mixed Feelings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator was installed on 12/02/2019. It performed well until the first of May. It was then that a loud sound occurred when it turned on its cycle. We have had an authorized Whirlpool technician out two times to address this. It has stopped the sound but it comes back. . We also could not remove the water filter for replacement so tech is coming to check the sound and replace the filter. On the plus side the refrigerator functions well as for cooling and freezing and would rate that 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if during the move the refrigerator got dirty but the inside was not clean, the fridge is also not leveled. The doors are not aligned/balanced. One door is positioned higher than the other causing a creaking sound each time the door is open and closed. Also the misalignment makes the fridge look warped.
