[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new fridge came with my new house along with all other whirlpool appliances. It seems the builder received a deal on 2018 models. Fridge functions and looks great. The only issue I’ve had with it is a constant loud buzzing sound. Constant and day and night. Occasionally it stops. It’s not supposed to buzz or make constant noises. My neighbors all have the same fridge in fact and there’s do not. That said, I’ve had a 3rd party technician out two times already. And, no resolve. I was told it’s common the fridge doesn’t level out easily and this happens. The last solve was some shims were put under the legs to level the fridge out. Since the buzzing noise was coming from it not setting level. Within the hour after the tech left it went right back to the loud buzzing noise and hasn’t stopped. This Friday I have another visit scheduled I pray it gets resolved. The noise it distracting and annoying and prevents my family from wanting to be downstairs in the kitchen, dinning or living room listening to it consistently. Other than this I do love my fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty to look at

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needs another drawer or shelf. Had to order that from another company. Runs louder then our last model. Also the ice maker is obnoxiously large eating up freezer space. Put it on the door no one uses that space. Our last fridge died suddenly so we had very few options. The only thing going for it keeps the food cold and it is pretty to look at.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impossible to keep clean without prints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Understood, it is stainless steel but the water dispenser drips water that runs directly down the freezer door EVERYTIME! I am not sure if this will eventually ruin the finish but it is IMPOSSIBLE to use the water and not clean after each use.
Really disappointed, it seems to be a fine product but this deletes the appeal.
