Miss the "drop-down" shelf in previous models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love the side-by-side refrigerator that I purchased a month ago. However, having had a Whirlpool previously, I got used to the "drop-down" shelf that could be raised or lowered depending on my need. I usually kept a dozen eggs on that shelf and thereby had more room for other items. Now my dozen eggs sits on the top shelf and because I don't want to put anything on top of the eggs, I have wasted space. But that's really my only disappointment.
