Ice maker and water base

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the refrigerator except where I get ice out. Seems like it is too short so I have to hold the level down to put ice in my tumbler and also I prefer some kind of plate that stays on there that you could remove when water gets on the plastic base like I have had before. Just seems like something is missing and it’s always getting wet.

It is a solid refrigerator

Everything works well
