[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am okay with this appliance even though if I were buying it myself, I might have chosen a smaller size. It works fine, so far. The shelving is a bit short of reaching the back wall because of the lights that are quite large.

Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in April. Love the fridge…however, the heater cord in the freezer came unplugged (notorious problem I guess) but Whirlpool took care of us and is replacing it (under mfg warranty)

Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this fridge for me as surprise and it nice with the ice makers and two different settings, water is really good and cold. It’s quiet. I like the light features on it. It’s just all around nice and roomy fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am pleased with my purchase, it has ample room, is nice looking and has everything i need. there a couple of things i would change.#1 you have to pull out ice storage tray to get to on off button for icemaker.#2 filter is on bottom of fridge, this proves to be a problem for older folks

Average fridge that came with a factory defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the fridge with my new DR Horton home. It's a bit small for my taste. But it has an average amount of space for food storage. The fridge and freezer settings are a bit confusing. Took a few minutes to figure it out. The fridge was brand new and it came with a defect of the coolant not working and leaking. After about a month, it was finally repaired. The first tech that came out that it was a simple fix, but it wasn't after diagnosing the issue. Then he and his shop didn't have the part to repair it. After a couple of weeks I finally get a call back when a new tech can come out to repair it the following week. I hate how the shelves and drawers move out of place so easily. I feel as if they will slide off and break. There isn't a built-in air filter in the fridge, so it smells. Hopefully it won't after the fridge is properly cooled and frozen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer stopped working three weeks after it was delivered. Refrigerator stopped working the week after that. It’s under warranty however it will be nearly 6 weeks before a technician can come out to look. Not exactly what I expected out of a brand new appliance.
