[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My freezer went out on my refrigerator and I was unsure how old it was because it came with our home purchased about 10 years ago. It was also a whirlpool and was reliable so that is why I purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator. So far, it is great.

There were issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model and returned it within a week. It was making a loud rattling noise. We got a new fridge, same model. SAME PROBLEM. A constant rattle. The only time it didn’t rattle was when it shut off. We made an appointment for someone to come and fix the problem. He did. Apparently, the condenser was up against a metal bar. The technician relocated the baffle and that seems to have done the trick. This was very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok Fridge, ice maker is slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with my new build. Ice maker is slow. Not enough ice for a family of five. When all the shelves in the fridge door are full the door is very heavy and slams into my wall. Not something I've experienced with other fridges. The stainless steel is very sensitive to smudges. Always cleaning the doors. It does its job.
