No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In purchasing extended service coverage, you are contracting with and delegating authority to that provider in lieu of the manufacturer. You will want to review your contract and discuss your options further with the plan administrator that holds your contract as they will be able to provide you with the best assistance possible.

Where is the cold water?
