For price nice frig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish I would have realized the hole for ice and water is geared to small cups not for the oversized water bottle. If you try to get ice with one, it always hits the water button. So now I have a small cup set on top of frig so I can collect ice and put in larger cup after drawing the water so I don't have a mess on the frig and floor.

Didn't work properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure why but it would not freeze in the freezer compartment. Got the unit on a Monday and it still was not able to freeze by Thursday and it never shut off. The ice maker was also unable to freeze the water as well. The refrigerator compartment only got to 40⁰ inside too. Thankful that the store I bought it from replaced it after they came out to check it themselves. I did change to a different whirlpool model as I did not "trust" this model after having issues right out of the box. It may have cost more but was worth the peace of mind.

Can’t change the temperature

This came with my new house - the temperature control buttons do not work whatsoever and the fridge is freezing all my food and drinks. Incredibly disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for our rental house. It looks new and fresh, energy efficient, but several things to worry about. Ice gets blocked in the dispensing chute causing melting water to run down the front. Drawers do not move smoothly, potentially breaking if pushed hard, shelves don’t feel sturdy. Generally lightweight, would buy a better unit next time - you get what you pay for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a refrigerator but all of the new refrigerators have 600A refrigerant in them and no one within 100 miles of my house works on them because of the danger of explosion and the cost of special tools, I bought the 5 year warranty because I was told that the life is 2-3 years. I was lucky on my last one that leaked out in about 11 months. I didn’t have the extended warranty only the 12 months factory warranty.
