It Keeps My Food Cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a brand new home about a month ago and the refrigerator was included. Overall its a very nice looking refrigerator and it goes with my other appliances. It does what refrigerators should do, keep my food cold. Its an appliance, I shouldnt have to think about it though.
That said, I do. For two reasons. One is that the layout is terrible. I cant fit boxed frozen pizzas in the freezer fully upright and I always feel like I just dont have enough space. Its like the layout is the worst possible use of the space.
My second concern is that the freezer door randomly leaks out water every few days when I open it. Like its coming from the ice dispenser or something? All I know is I will open the door and suddenly water drips down on the floor making a mess and when I look, the drip tray is full of water on the front. I have used the water dispenser once and the ice dispenser twice. I'll pay special attention to the drip tray and there will be no water in it, but I open the door...WATER EVERYWHERE.
I'd recommend a fridge with the full width freezer drawer on the bottom and a full width dual door fridge on the top over this layout. Also, maybe one without the door mounted water and ice dispenser.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GREAT SLICK MODERN LOOK

Mostly good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water/ice dispenser is way better than my previous refrig and older Whirlpool refrigs.
There are not enough drawers/shelves provided and no easy way to buy more. We needed to buy aftermarket organization containers to make all the space usable. The back of the shelves on the bottom are not usable because things can fall off. The drawers (not the drawer tray) can be pulled out to easily.
The water filters are way overpriced.
I would recommend that Whirlpool design some kind of handle/strong point to pull the refrig side door closed so that it is not so tempting to use the door shelving to pull the door closed.
