Water/Ixe Dispenser Tray

I've had this model for 2.5 years. Works great. However, when using the water dispenser, water drops slightly outside the tray area. I was wondering if there was a larger tray available. I don't like seeing the dripline stains on the stainless. Thank you

Factory error in product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was a factory error with my appliance. The freezer was too cold 20 degrees and minus and the fridge was too hot 52 degrees +. The gages did not work to change the temperature Thankful for the warranty because the repair service called said this was the second fridge of this model he was called on. It turns out that when the form was installed in this model ,it bloked the air flow duct so the cold air could not circulate to the fridge side. Now, 1 day, after the fix it is working fine ( so far.) Amana is great to work with. But this model has issues, hopefully there are no more issues. Time will tell
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for a little over one month. There’s plenty of storage space for me, but if you have more than a 2-person household, the freezer might be a little small. The water and ice dispensers work great. The finish doesn’t show fingerprints. I definitely recommend this fridge.

Decent refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your looking for a basic refrigerator with water and ice dispensers, then this one is ok. My issues are the water and ice are 2 separate buttons. In theory this would be good but the placement of them is what makes them inconvenient. If they were SxS it would be better. Sometimes getting ice, you accidentally hit the water button, pouring water all over the floor.
Another issue is the freezer doesn’t really deep freeze. My old refrigerator of 10+ yrs would freeze colder than this model. I have cranked all the settings to the highest level and it still doesn’t get that cold.
