Overall a good refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting some reviews to be negative and found many, but my experience with this refrigerator, so far is that it is your average refrigerator, which is what I needed. The ice and water pads are very close and sometimes I press both at the same time. The ice is like what comes from an ice tray (square). The mono stainless steel is a bugger to clean, and smudges are often seen, but thats no big deal. It cools great and no problems with it, so far. Great refrigerator, so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this with new home build. Had JennAir before and was somewhat hopeful for this fridge. Hate the SxS design and layout. Cheap interior and drawers to do glide easily or have much storage. Shelves are not adjustable. Ice - what ice? We have to buy bags and store in ice bin so we actually have ice for drinks. The ice unit and frequency are pitiful.
Cannot wait to replace - we use now until we have something better and will either sell or downgrade to garage. Would not recommend.

Spacious interior

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interior freezer and refrigerator is pretty spacious so no complaints there. The exterior though could be designed better. The bottom part of door looks like it’s broken and the ice/water dispenser leaves water marks on door and there is no catch tray.

Wish some things were different

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you use the crushed ice, we’ve noticed that it throws crushed ice everywhere instead of just the cup. Also if you glass is to tall, the water button gets pushed while trying to get ice. We just have normal size cups…nothing special.
This seems to catch every fingerprint as well. Definitely spend the extra money and get the fingerprint-less
