Beautiful, but loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased Whirlpool since the rest of my kitchen applicances are Whirlpool and love them, even my dishwasher is very quite, you can never tell it is running. However, this is not the case with the refrigerator, it is very loud sometimes to the point of having to turn up our TV. It is not loud all the time, but when it goes through a "cycle" it is loud and it is the freezer side that makes all the noise. So, keep this in mind when buying, it can be loud, and if I had to do it over again, I would choose a different model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
