[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It needs a thin drawer for lunch meat and cheese. Every once in a while it will spit out an ice cube 10 to 30 minutes after getting ice out of it.

Ice forms on door and food in freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a beautiful refrigerator but the freezer forms ice on the door and food inside. I called and they said the vent may be blocked. They are not and also you have to take the whole ice storage box out to shut the ice maker off. It is difficult for an elderly person to do that. Bad design in freezer

It's but I question the ice maker and trays ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would get a 4 star if not for the ice maker concerns. We bought the refrigerator to replace another that was only 5 years old. A big name brand that's supposed to be so great and technically advanced was repaired under warranty in 2020 but started failing again in 2022. This one consistently stays nice and cold but I wonder about the ice maker. It took forever to fill up in the first place and it's run out of ice twice now. The produce trays are too small, but my lettuce keeps for a long time. It also looks nice. I would not recommend it to a friend because of the above issues. Unfortunately, companies don't make things the way they used to.
