What I miss in New fridge that I had in old one

Fridge isn’t cold, freezer not freezing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this product less than a month and it’s not keeping cold. Currently using the freezer as the fridge. Phone two weeks ago and advised the earliest someone could come out was 11-23-23, meanwhile good had to be thrown out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud when it is running..

Good fridge if it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge started freezing over immediately, I called for service and the mother board had to be replaced and was a known issue. I have to defrost the freezer again to ensure eye board is working properly but last night I had warm water out of the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for my new home and so far so good. I am a bit disappointed that it was shipped with out the proper right wheel assembly. The wheel was included within the packing, but the retaining clip to hold the wheel in place was no where to be found. When I looked on the Whirlpool website, they tell me that this part is no longer available.

My first side by side with an ice maker and filter
