Wrong bin, can't use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge seems to run fine, but it came with the wrong upperr bin. I can't use it at all. I'm waiting for the homebuilder to come and decide what to do. Would be happy to raise the rating if I can get the correct bin!

No Adjustability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to replace my 30-year-old Amana. I am disappointed on the lack of shelf adjustment and temperature control. I had ordered the unit without the ice maker but when the refrigerator arrived - it had the ice maker! I had no choice but to keep it. Temperature swings seem to be significant as I have several recording thermometers inside the unit.
If this unit gives me a trouble-free service life, I will upgrade my rating but for now it is average at best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very nice Refrigerator. Great storage on both sides. Very easy to clean. But appear that there is a shelf missing or an option to add another shelf. like to know what the cost is to do so. other than that, it's a great Refrigerator

Not So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator about a month ago. While the refrigerator and freezer are working as they should, the icemaker is not working correctly. It lacks the ability to drop fast enough to fill the ice bin. I had to contact whirlpool and schedule a call for them to even hear about the issue that I’m having with the ice maker. Bearing that in mind, my review is a little bit lackluster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke within a month
