[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this unit for 2 weeks, but a few (negative) points:
1) Seems a bit too loud
2) The door handles are placed far too close together to enable easy access from both hands
3) The ice maker is very slow
4) Very hard to clean fingerprints & smudges
5) Seems compressor runs almost constantly

Point 1: This unit registers at 51 decibels right next to the unit, and 47 db 7 feet away. You can’t help but notice it. My 20 year old old Frigidaire was much more quiet - I never registered the db since it was so quiet one didn’t really notice.
Point 2: This is the most irritating from a design standpoint. The door handles have only 1” clearance between them. Trying to open the left freezer door with your right hand or the right fridge door with your left hand is just stupidly difficult. Don’t know what they were thinking. Another flawed design note: if you want to turn off the ice maker you have to remove the ice bin to access the on/off switch. Again, what were that thinking?
Point 3: It took over 4 days for the ice maker to make an almost full bin of ice. Thankfully, I don’t use a lot of ice, so it isn’t a big issue for a single person like me, but if you’ve got a family of 4, 5 or more, it could be.
Point 4: I know stainless steel units like this are notorious for being hard to keep clean and this is no exception. The only thing that works well is a specially formulated cleaner - not an expense I expected to have to dish out for.
Point5: This new unit is undoubtedly more efficient than the old one I replaced, but I don’t get why it runs almost constantly.
But it definitely is keeping things cold as it should.

Nice Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge came with our house. I like the space in the fridge part. There isn’t a lot of space in the freezer but that’s okay. The handles on the fridge are not lined up but I’ll eventually fix that. Overall very good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice falls out and onto the floor when filling a glass. We also wish it had a light at the dispenser. Beyond that, it works fine so far. We’ve only had it a few months.
