No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator less then a month. Everything freezes on the top shelf in the refrigerator even though we have it set on ideal temperature.
The refrigerator also has a loud rattling noise. It goes away if you shake the fridge but comes back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Basic. Did it's job but can do better.

This fridge came with the house we purchased from the builder. Love the fact that it is stainless steel. It did well for the first year but started to breakdown from there. The crispers/drawers at the bottom both are broken and the shelves are difficult to take out and put in. The water spout seems to freeze at times but not all the time. It did it's job and i'm thankful for it but I would only recommend this as just a basic fridge if you are truly in need of something quick. Otherwise I would look to purchase something a bit more upgraded. Love whirlpool products as a whole.
