Food stays fresher longer!

Missing meat drawer! ☹️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the same fridge I previously had but this one is missing the meat drawer! The fridge that had the meat drawer apparently needed some adjustments because the meat drawer didn’t fit into the grooves (same grooves as the fridge I purchased because I even considered purchasing it for my fridge). When you make adjustments so the meat drawer fits snugly into the grooves of the other fridge (I go to the store often to check), I will order one for my fridge. If not, next time, I may have to go with another brand that meets my needs for all of my appliances.

Ice maker is poorly designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was selected by the builder of our spec house. We find the side-by-side challenging to use; it is more difficult to organize food than our previous refrigerators, and it is especially challenging to store large items in both sides. More importantly, the ice maker is not large enough to accommodate any but the smallest glasses. Trying to get ice in a Yeti or smoothie container, or even a large glass, results in a mess - getting the container in far enough to press the ice lever requires tipping the container such that it presses against the water dispenser, resulting in water running down the front of the refrigerator. We have to use a small cup any time we want to get ice. We have noticed the dispenser opening on most other refrigerators is much larger. The ice maker itself frequently gets jammed up and we have to unclog it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leveling not user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Whirlpool lasted 22yrs and died. Because it lasted so long we stayed with the brand. Only 2 things that are annoying are the automatic ice maker shut off and the leveling instructions make no sense and don't match up to what is in the owner's manual.
