Does it’s job but some frustrations

Complaints are the frequent “undropped” ice issue - it sits in dispenser and slowly melts bc you won’t know that it is there. Water spigot is awkwardly positioned above ice and people accidentally hit it. Love how easy it is to change the water filter!

One big flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago, going from GE to Whirlpool. I prefer side by side so I bought this model. So far I have been pleased with it's performance as far as cooling and making ice, it lives up to the whirlpool name. The flaw I referred to is the opening to the ice dispenser is too short and if you're not careful you will dispense water into your floor because of the cramped design. Whirpool has a better designed and taller ice and water dispenser on the units that have ice makers in the door. The ice and water dispensers should be the same across all units. I would have paid extra for the taller dispenser. You really short changed an otherwise great product. Shame on you!!!

No snack drawer, loud, doesn't cool properly, cons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awful just Awful, so loud, never turns off, over freezes on recommended settings... ridiculous that there is no snack drawer why do I pay 2x as much than my old fridge and the quality goes down, so disappointed

cannot clean the outside surface it streaks
