Problems temperature control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning Whirlpool appliances for most of my life, I have have now had problems with 2 refrigerators. The first dumped water and damaged my floors. The replacement also has problems. What happened to Whirlpool?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in early July and have had to "reset" the ice maker about every other week since. It just barely produces ice. I will be calling for service. The in door ice and water dispenser is awkward to use. On the positive side, the refrigerator portion works fine, so does the freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HORRIBLE ice maker design

I think a middle school STEM class could design a better ice maker than the one in this refrigerator, or maybe they did design it. The ice stops working often. I have to unplug and then reset it. When it does work, it traps ice cubes in the chute and leaks all over the floor. It will not balance. The door flys open on one side and hits the counter unless you hold on to it. A really horrible design overall, which is too bad, because the space is actually nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
