So far, so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Kenmore finally died after 23 years of service. I work at the blue box store and this is a top seller. So far so good. It’s a model that doesn’t get returned for “service issues.” I don’t need anything fancy. This seems to be a good unit for its price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good overall design, but the ice maker takes a large section of the freezer. The ice and water dispenser could use a redesign, as the tabs make it difficult to keep the cup in place without slipping off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy with purchase!!!

The fan in the freezer/icemaker started making a loud noise and then stopped working. I’ve been waiting for over a month to get a whirlpool repair service to fix it. I won’t trust a whirlpool again.

Basic refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator to match the other Whirlpool appliances that came standard with my new construction home .It is a basic side by side with icemaker, not many settings, but it functions properly. We had a minor problem with the freezer door making a knocking sound when opening, but that was easily corrected by tightening a loose lower hinge bolt.
I would recommend this to a friend!
