Problem fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago and it sounds like a helicopter. Trying to get warranty service is a nightmare.

Great Fridge with wonderful features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the fridge roughly a month ago and I am extremely pleased with the purchase. I like the fact the fridge has a built-in water dispenser, ice maker, in-door shelving. It makes it extremely easy to keep everything organized.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Old Whirlpool frig was a champ!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our new Whirlpool side-by-side about a month ago to replace our previous 27 year old Whirlpool side-by-side. Definitely got our money's worth for 27 years. I've always valued our whirlpool appliances very highly. I loved our old Whirlpool frig, but only recently was having some issues with the freezer section and was told by a repairman that it was probably best not to put money into repairs. I feel that our old frig was made with much better materials than current models. I find the new frig seems louder when the compressor kicks in. There is only a door height adjustment for one door. Additionally, there is no cold cut drawer in the new model. I'm sure I will adjust to the new frig eventually. I just wanted to make note of some of the features that I would have liked to have seen in the new model.
