[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest issue is that it is quite difficult to maintain the proper temperatures in the fresh food and freezer compartments. I expect better from Whirlpool.

Not keeping food cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs constantly and isn’t keeping food in refrigerator side cold. Have it at coldest setting and it is 39. Close to not safe. 800 number for help is a joke. Oh I had to but a refrigerator thermometer to track the level. Load noise when running.

Poor and Basic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors are uneven and don’t close by themselves. Water filter is inaccessible. The manual doesn’t even indicate where the filter is or how to change it. Still cant find it after a week.

Exceptional refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my refrigerator. I am short and reaching Back into my old refrigerator was an impossible task. This counter depth refrigerator allows me to be able to reach everything that’s in it. It allows me to keep it clean and efficient. It keeps all of my food fresh beyond its freshness date. The freezer is sufficient for a small family. This is the only downside to the refrigerator. However, for me, it is the perfect size. I am so excited that I now own this refrigerator!

Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in February 24th 2024 and the next day the ice dispenser (not the water dispenser) leaks water randomly and fills up tray area and goes down the freezer. Not a happy customer!!
